Our engagement approach follows the three A’s that constitute the name of our firm - A3 Growth Partners. Awareness, Alignment and Action. It has been our experience, whether in our own companies or in our engagements, that following this path results in clarity of vision and purpose that drives results.

Awareness
Our partnership is initiated with an assessment of your organizations short and long term goals, and where your organization’s fits and gaps are within each of the Six Pillars. Based on that assessment, we will agree on where the highest priority focus should be in terms of leveraging the areas of fit to close the high opportunity gaps regarding revenue growth.

Alignment
The second step in the development of our partnership proceeds provided your organization and A3 agree that a partnership will result in the achievement of your revenue growth goals. We will collaborate on the design of an Aligned Scope of Work that will include; the specific goals that we will achieve as a result of that plan, the high level Implementation Plan, the Key Performance Indicators that will drive our decision making, and the specific roles that A3 and your organization’s key players will play in that plan.

Action
We will establish a scheduled cadence that will utilize the Plan as our operating guide. A3 is committed to illustrating the best practices represented in the Six Pillars by becoming a member of your team, versus acting solely as an advisor. A3 only engages with partners whose vision and mission we believe in as passionately as you do, as evidenced by the fact that our relationship is month to month. We have often included incentives within our Scope of Work in order to ensure mutual buy and commitment to the goals we set in our partnership.
